Its not a known location for most Taxi drivers to find, specially in the night...alternative is to take their free shuttle bus from airport if you can locate it in non-english speaking country ...Execpt for the reception, very little english is spoken in the hotel,in case one calls the hotel asking for directions!Other things seems fine for an overnight stopover only... - 30-Mar-2008 Location is good if you are on transit. It's hard to figure out where to get on the shuttle bus from the airport, but just go into the parking building accross the road from the Terminal 2 arrival exit3, go 10 seconds to your right, and hang around at the first dropoff area. I don't know what would happen when terminal 3 opens (due in march/april 2008).
The ride to the hotel takes only 15 minutes, so no big loss if you take the taxi. There are some eateries around the area, which are quite good. If you want a cheapo-light option, there is a steamed dumpling place left as you exit the gate. Hot pot places etc are there, too, so you're not confined in a totally deserted area (which happens sometimes with transit hotels). Overall, a good value.
- 08-Jan-2008 The hotel was very good for the transit passenger from the airport.- 07-Sep-2005 |
