I recently stayed at Sheraton for 3 weeks and loved the intimate atmosphere. The hotel's mature gardens and private beach area were spacious and didn't feel crowded. The location was perfect, with easy access to the marina, shops, and restaurants. The room had all necessary amenities and offered a stunning sea view. The staff, from reception to dining, were friendly and professional. The beach bar had great prices during happy hours. Highly recommended!

The hotel service was superb, from the cordial assistance at reception to the awesome services provided by the housekeeping and restaurant staff. The room was beautiful and cozy, leading us to extend our stay. The location was ideal, with a spacious beach and green fields, making it cozy and comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff, particularly Justine, left a good impression with a room upgrade and accommodating check-in and check-out.

The hotel's location at the end of JBR provided a lot of options for restaurants, cafes, and shops. The private beach, with its beautiful sea view, was a highlight. The hotel area was well-maintained, with plenty of greens and singing birds. The staff were amazing, providing excellent service with a smile.

As backpackers, we loved the extensive mature gardens leading to the large private beach area. The spaciousness of the hotel and its lower height compared to the surrounding high rises offered a refreshing change. The location was also ideal, with a short walk to the marina, shops, and restaurants. The room amenities, like the fridge, kettle, and sea view, were great, and the dining room staff provided faultless care. The beach bar also offered fantastic happy hour prices.

The hotel location is great, as it is near the beach with a private section and close to the tram that connects to the metro. It's also near the Jumeira promenade and offers amazing sea views. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of food to choose from.

The hotel needs some updating, especially the bathrooms which were outdated.

The beach location made our stay at Sheraton unforgettable. It was easy to move between the pool, beach and our room. The staff were attentive and helpful. Even when we had to wait for a late check-in, they gave us complimentary drinks. I would recommend this hotel.

Had a great weekend at a hotel on Jumairah strip. Loved the quiet location with easy access to walking areas. The beach and garden were beautiful and the staff were friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Room service was also very fast.

On the downside, the hotel felt a bit shabby and outdated compared to other hotels in the area. The towels were worn out and the pool was relatively small.

The hotel provided complementary chocolates and cakes which we enjoyed. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. One advantage was the large window in the room that had a great view.

The building work taking place on the beach was noisy and disrupted our holiday. The room was quite old and had a slightly unpleasant smell.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right on the beach was the best aspect. We enjoyed easy access to the beach from the hotel garden, which provided a relaxing atmosphere. Unlike other hotels on Jumeirah beach, the area of the beach near this hotel was fairly quiet and not as busy. In addition, the hotel and rooms were very clean, and we loved the smart lobby area where we could relax. The hotel also had excellent facilities including a well-equipped gym, squash court, and a relaxing outdoor pool with a good pool bar. There were plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby, with a Starbucks opposite the hotel and a short walk taking us to the main shopping area and various restaurants. we highly recommend staying here for a short break or holiday.
