 We specifically booked for a non-smoking room nearly three months before arrival but was still checked-in in a smoking room. We understand it's the new year but that's the point of booking really early. They were kind enough to give us an odor eliminator for the room. For the price we paid, I would say the hotel was average overall.- 17-Jan-2008 We stayed during a very busy time - and that's probably why we were booked into a room designed for disabled guests - possibly all that was available. The special nature of the room may have been why the shower did not deliver water as hot, nor with the pressure we'd have liked. Every other aspect of the hotel was very satisfactory, and the staff, particularly at check out, were very helpful- 09-Aug-2006 Expensive for basic items such as making a telephone call to the UK which cost $19 for two minutes.
Would possibly recommend the hotel but with a warning of such costs as explained above.- 07-Sep-2005 |
