The hotel's pub features private VIP rooms, which are fully eqipped with modern Karaoke equipment and has food and beverage service.

 In spite of phone calls to the hotel before my arrival (on two occasions) they did not show up at the airport for the transfer. On being called from the airport, they arrived quickly, however. No other complaints. The hotel is ideally located, clean, with good facilities and helpful, friendly staff.- 07-Sep-2005 The hotel was better than I expected. The room and bathroom were in every aspect of the standard of a 4-star hotel. The attitude of the staff was outstanding. The prices in the good restaurant were very reasonable. The room rates are higher than in a similar hotel in Bangkok. The reason is that there are only two other 4-star hotels in Vientiane. - 07-Sep-2005 The hotel staff met me at the airport and set the pace for the visit - friendly, helpful, and considerate.
