 The hotel was fantastic, staff were great. accomodation was to a very high standard. - 14-Nov-2007 While the hotel itself was very nice and up to a 4 star standard the room i got was nowhere near 4 star standard. I was given a disabled persons room with a seat in the shower and the room was old fashioned and did not reflect the rest of the hotel. - 08-Oct-2007 I have stayed in the heritatge many times. The staff are always friendly and efficient, the rooms are always clean and the turndown service is excellent.The pool is nice -if not a little crowded at peak times.Both restaurants in the hotel are good , the carvery always has a really good choice and I am quiet fincky with food!Conference facilities are very well run- for business this place is definetly a must.- 08-Oct-2007 |
