 Very disappointed with stay here . Firstly to arrive in the early hours of the morning to find that the reception is not manned for 24 hours as advertised is not acceptable . Room cards were stuck to the outside of the hotel doors . Surely that would pose a security issue ?We had problems with the room keys and had to call the engineer ourselves from our mobile as the hotel did not have an available phone .The staff were most unfriendly and not helpful when asked for advice .
