Located in the popular Barrio Salamanca, Zenit Abeba Hotel Madrid is within walking distance to the posh shopping area of Serrano and Goya, considered one of the best commercial areas in Madrid.
 Very bad relationship quality price (the official price is 500€ per night). The rooms are small and noisy. The air conditioning cannot be regulated correctly (with an external temperature of 15 ºC we had to open the window at night and, even so, the room temperature overcame the 28 ºC, without possibility of stopping the heating). The sheets had a stain and a tear. When we arrive at the hotel at 17:00 o'clock the room’s service (supposedly with schedule from 7 to 23 hours) could only offer us a mixed sandwich (ham and cheese) because the kitchen was closed. We won't stay this hotel again. - 16-Apr-2007 There need to be more facilities for the guest. It was a nice room and hotel with nothing to do within the hotel outside of overpriced internet access. No pool, no recreation room, no conference work room, nor activities.
The hotel could really improve by providing guests with more to do, even live entertainment. Something!! This is especially important since the hotel is situated so far from the main part of the city. - 19-Apr-2006 |
