Room was clean and comfortable and I was able to book a non-smoking room. Reception staff helpful although their English is limited. Vending machines for drinks/ice cream/cigarettes located on a couple of floors were useful as was the coin operated laundry (2 washing machines & 2 dryers). English / Japanese breakfast available looked good but I didn't try it as I preferred to eat out.
