 We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a good location for the RTS and one could walk to a number of city center sights. Service was friendly and breakfast was plentiful. We would use this hotel again. - 02-Jun-2008 This was my second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and facilities are very clean. Why pay more to stay elsewhere?
I was fortunate enough to recieve a free upgrade to a Deluxe room, whcih was larger than the normal ones and on a higher floor of the hotel with a beautiful view over Fort Canning Park.- 06-Feb-2008 I have mixed riview of the hotel
Would first mention the negative points
1) I find the staff very unfriendly and it seems that they are doing a favour to you whenever you ask for something
2) I had reached the hotel in the morning and although their check in time is 2 pm , i have seen that other hotels do provide you a room if they have any vacant. However, here 2 pm means 2pm and there is no way that i could get a room before the check in time even if they have vacant rooms which i think they had.
Positive
1) Great location, Very clean and well maintained rooms and the hotel has decent facilities and of course great price
