The apartments are located just a few minutes walk to the city centre, incorporating the Mall's Retail Hub, Central Market, Hospitals, Universities, State Library and Colleges. Also in close proximity are the Festival Centre, movie theatres, galleries and numerous award winning restaurants.

The property does not have restaurant facilities. Several restaurants are available in the surroundings where you can relish a wide variety of local, regional and international cuisine.
General
You can enjoy a heavy workout at the gymnasium or just play a fortifying game of tennis. The swimming pool, sauna and the spa are the ideal options to relax.

 The facilities were well positioned and outside leisure areas were very good. The rooms were of a good size and the kitchen facilites were good.
It was dissappointing to be a member of the Hotel Club, pay the supposed discounted price for this facility then go on line and find out we could have booked via the internet at $300.00 less than that paid through the Hotel Club.
Because of this pricing we may not use the Hotel Club again but go direct to the Hotel.
The Reception Service at Windsor Apartments were nothing more than slack and Customer Service was moderate.
