 Pleasant hotel with friendly staff, good location makes up for the fairly small rooms. we were allowed to check in about three hours earlier than guaranteed, the man at the desk immediately called the cleaners when we arrived and within 20 minutes our rooms were ready. we wouldn´t mind staying here again and will definitely recommend it to our friends.- 22-Mar-2009 Hotel Location and facilities are good.
Inside and outside of hotel appearance are also good.
However, it is a bit regret that internet service is unavailable in room.
Overall hotel services are quite reasonablly good.- 10-Jun-2008 We booked a double room two months in advance and were given a twin room on arrival.The room was cold. When we requested a change, we were dealt with in a very blunt manner and nothing was done until the next day.Even then, I was left standing for at least five minutes at reception, while the gentleman was on the phone. His manner was abrupt and he actually slide the room card at me. The room was so small, we could barely fit our two small bags in.
The breakfast at the hotel was barely edible and the worst that I have encountered in all my travels.I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the past year through travel. Overall I was very disappointed in this hotel. It is not cheap, I had stayed here before and my return visit was appalling. - 08-Jan-2008 |
