We enjoyed our stay. The Hotel has recently been refurnished. New carpets, paint etc. New technology in the rooms. It is a a recently build hotel, but good to see the investment being made. One shortfall is that it does not have a gym and pool. But the rest makes up for it. Hoping it will continue to be good as we are getting married there in 2 weeks time.- 17-May-2007 Stayed for 3 nights... the first 2 nights were perfect. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was really friendly and efficient. Really easy to get to the center of the town from the hotel.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing for a 4* hotel, which was nowhere near a continental breakfast, plus service was bad, the staff wasn't nice at all.
In the last night, there was a big party going on at the Hotel conference room and it seems that they forgot that some of the guests payed to have some rest, instead I had listen to loud noise beyond 1 a.m. which I find a little lack of respect for the other guests.
In the following morning we were waken up several times by the fire alarm, my girlfriend got quite scare... and at the breakfast we had to order twice and wait for 20 minutes for them to bring some cold French toasts and coffee.
Still I would definitely recommend this hotel. - 02-May-2007 We were very happy with our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just a couple of points. The hotel offers no leisure centre which a lot of people now expect (however we knew in advance of our stay that they didn't have one so it wasn't a problem for us). Also on two seperate occasions my partner noticed that there was no soap in any of the dispensers in the main ladies toilets, off the downstairs reception area - it doesn't sound like a big deal but obviously is quite annoying when it happens. Overall the hotel was warm and friendly.- 07-Jan-2007 |
