The staff was exceedingly courteous and helpful, making us feel comfortable and secure throughout our stay. The room service was excellent, with high-quality food and quick delivery. we felt pampered 24/7 and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco.

The rooms lacked sound insulation, making it difficult to sleep due to noisy neighbors. To make matters worse, the hotel charged additional fees without prior notice or explanation.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to fulfill our request for a room near the elevator due to my wife's difficulty walking. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Transportation options were plentiful, from buses and trolleys to cabs, making it easy to get around this city.

I recently stayed at The Westin St. Francis in the heart of Union Square for a few nights. The location was fantastic, with a great view from my 23rd-floor room facing East. The staff and security did a wonderful job managing the New Year's Eve party crowd. I also loved the live camera display at the front desk. The bed linen, cleanliness, and bathroom fittings were all top-notch. The elevators were efficient, and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The building itself was beautiful, and the on-site dining and bar facilities were excellent. a great stay in a central location.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Union Square for my short vacation in San Francisco. The location was incredible, right opposite the bustling Union Square. The lobby was vibrant and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when it came to the internet service. Despite the slightly older room, it had a charming appeal. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rain shower was fantastic. The hotel even upgraded us to a larger room for free. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
