 Excellent hotel--excellent location. We could walk to everything.
The staff was very customer oriented and very warm and friendly.
Our room overlooked the Arno River and was great. We used the concierge desk extensively and they were able to get advance tickets to all the sights--several of which we would not have been able to visit due to being sold out.
The hotel was very pricey--but most hotels in this category are similarly priced. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip.- 07-May-2007 |
