 We were put in a room with a double bed and told it was a king bed by staff when we asked to change rooms, finally a clerk came to the room and agreed it was not a king bed. When we asked to change rooms having paid for the king bed it took an hour for my husband to sort it out with the manager and get our room changed. The facilities looked nothing at all like the pictures, we were in the very back lot, and the service was less than many two star hotels. i was disappointed. - 07-Dec-2006 |
