 Need to improve security at the night, as there is no guest check when going in the hotel at 11:00 p.m.
Also room door does not have security lock or double lock facility. In the mid night, neighbour rooms slashed the door very loudly, something can be improved from quality of room doors.
In general cleanliness is very good. If possible provide shampoo and bath liquid for guests. also the staff speak good English.- 25-Mar-2008 The directions to the hotel should make it clear that there is a "Dongdaemun Station" stop as well as a "Dongdaemun STADIUM Station" stop. They are one after another so I accidentally got off at the wrong stop.
Other than that small complaint the hotel was GREAT! - 06-Sep-2007 Everything about the Hotel was great - location,the decor of the rooms, the laundry facility, the service at reception, my only critcism would be the cleaning staff - not sure whether this is hotel policy but I was there for 6 days and they didn't give me toilet paper - perhaps the staff is taking it home - who knows & they certainly didn't clean the worktops - if they do this little surely the hotel should think about bringing in new cleaning staff.- 04-Apr-2007 |
