 We stayed at the Wembley Plaza Hotel on the eve of the FA Cup Semi Final, so to say the hotel was busy, is an understatement. All of the 550 odd rooms were booked. The queue for check in was quite long and took us about half an hour to get checked in, but it was still quite efficient if that makes any sense. We were continually offered fruit juice whilst waiting and because of the atmosphere, no one was really preturbed. The only real problem we came across during our stay was a) the rooms are VERY hot and stuffy and b) my partner put his jeans on the bathroom floor whilst taking a shower and when he got out, the floor was 2 inches deep in water! No drainage is installed in the bathrooms and we then had to use our towels etc to mop up all the water, before it ended up in our room. Luckily he had another pair of jeans too.- 08-Apr-2008 Everything was fine about the hotel except that there was a lot of noise outside from the builders working at the Wembley Stadium, the windows did not keep the noise out, even from the wind. So it was hard to sleep at times.- 15-Dec-2006 i found the hotel to be very clean staff very polite helpful .the location was great i would recemmend the hotel to anyone .i hope to book the hotel again later in the year.- 08-Aug-2006 |
