 The hotel itself was very good, and the service we received for the staff at reception and concierge was good however, the service in the Club Watermark room was less then average, breakfast in this room was also of a poor standard. The food was fantastic it was the organisation and service that was lacking.- 24-Aug-2008 No balconies available. We had a broken hairdryer and a lamp that did not work in the room. Unlike other hotels we have stayed with before,the safebox in the room had to be paid for with each usage. Otherwise the facilities were quite good, the hotel is close enough to the city centre and the beach.- 14-Jul-2008 Excellent service, had a lovely room and the hotel is close but not too close to everything.
