 With the promo-rates we got through [website] it was a good value for money. The facilities were mostly outdated, and the service depended on the person - half of the staff were efficient and helpful, the other half less efficient and less professional; the restaurant manager Suzy was the best of the best and saved the hotel in our eyes!
