 The staff at Wanhao Grand Hotel was very friendly, prompt and courteous. You could always expect a smile from everyone. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of Chinese food with some basic western foods such as cereal, orange juice, etc. The room was well cleaned as well as the lobby and buffet area. As with many beds in China, expect the matress to be extra firm. The rooms are what you would expect in an average hotel but the rest of the hotel appears 4-star.- 02-Sep-2008 |
