Elevator from basement to first floor takes too long. We had to take the stairs to the first floor so we can get to the room faster.
The staff at the check in/out counter was very helpful.- 27-Jan-2008 Staff is very helpful. While not 5 star hotel is very nice and is in a great location one block from the beach and within short walking distance to major Waikiki restaurants and stores.- 21-Aug-2007 I spent a few hours per day in the hotel (i was quite busy those days) anyway, the room was clean and the people friendly. They were renovating some rooms on my floor but almost noiselessly. The price is good. If I go back to Hawaii, I guess I will book in the same hotel.- 18-Feb-2007 |
