 All the staff did a great job in making us feel at home while we were at the Gateway. We were very surprised at the size of the room and the kitchen supplies. Everything was great - thank you all very much. - 24-Oct-2008 The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel located only about 10 minutes from Waikiki Beach. Decor a little dated in the rooms but all very clean. - 09-Apr-2008 Hotel very nice apart from the smell of smoke everywhere, its main letdown was the poor breakfast which was served on a tiny balcony (hotel has no restaurant) with paper plates and very little choice, not even any fruit juice, just a sugary cheap tasting cordial.
