 After 4 years of absnce I expected that meanwhile the rooms had been up-graded. Contrary to the higher rates the level of facilities , especially the rooms, has not increased.- 20-Feb-2008 Old style "soviet" provincial hotel. Staff speak English and are helpful and pleasant.- 23-Oct-2007 Nice hotel in the center of Volgograd, excellent location! Rooms are very clean and equipped with airco.
