 Super location just yards from the Ponte Vecchio. A bit noisy because of traffic. The bed was rock-hard but this is a personal preference so shouldn't detract from this review. The breakfast room was small and couldn't accomodate many guests at one go so waiting for a table wasn't unusual. There is an outside terrace but this wasn't much use when it rained! I wasn't disappointed overall and would stay there again.- 27-Oct-2009 A great hotel in a fabulous location: a stones throw from the Ponte Vecchio and within walking distance of other major sites of interest. Despite its central location there's little traffic noise. The view from the breakfast room is wonderful and you can enjoy a leisurely start to the day with the usual offerings for a continental breakfast (but no boiled eggs I noted). Friendly staff with nothing being too much trouble. The beds and pillows were rather hard for my liking, but a small price to pay for being right in the centre of things.
