Vincci Condal Mar Hotel is located in the Technological Area of Barcelona, just 300 metres from the Mar Bella Beach and also close to the new trade fair ground Forum and the Diagonal Mar Shopping Mall, making it a suitable base for both business and leisure travellers alike.

All the 168 guestrooms and 10 suites are furnished with contemporary yet tasteful minimalist style decor along with neutral colours to sooth and relax a weary traveller. Its higher floors offer breathtaking views over the sea and the city.

Guests can dine at any of the on-site restaurants that serve delicious Mediterranean, international and Asian cuisine. You can relax at the cafe with snacks and beverages as well as sip on various drinks at the cosy bar.
General
Guests can enjoy a pampering visit to the Health Spa and Solarium or have a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool, or simply enjoy a drink from the poolside bar. The Condal Mar hotel provides conference options in 5 new meeting rooms, each with state-of-the-art facilities with a capacity of 200 people.
 My husband and i were very impressed with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was very new looking and modern. The location of the hotel whilst it was a 5 minute walk to the trams and a 10 minute jouney into the centre this was not any great inconvenience. Prior to staying at the hotel i had read comments about the area the hotel was in being a bit suspect. However whilst the area around the hotel looked a bit run down it felt perfectly safe walking to and from the trams and buses. All in all we had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Also the breakfasts were very tasty.- 31-Oct-2007 our stay was for a week and i could not fault one aspect of the hotel would definately stay again. the choice at breakfast was varied with something for everyone. The area is up and coming and i would like to see it in a few years to reach its full potential. well positioned from metro a 10 min walk to it and there is a fab shopping centre 5 min walk.Tram line take you about as well. 15 min stoll from beach and 3 stops from olyimpic village. the hotel has a roof terrace with lovely veiws over the city and a pool and pool bar although when we were there early may it was too cold to use and the bar war not open. mid summer would be great though. very good value for money..Fiona from aberdeen 9/5/07 - 10-May-2007 Modern, clean & friendly staff. Good choice of breakfast. The hotel is not within the city centre, but was only a 5 min walk from the metro which is good & easy to use with v.regular trains. In its favour, it was also a 5/10 mins walk from the Diagonal Mar shopping centre which has an excellent food court where you can eat & drink w/out city centre prices. Try `Freeway' for a fresh buffet of salads, meat, fish & chinese foods, make your selection, then that is prepared to order for you. 14€ most nights. If being on the doorstep of sights & attractions is important to you, then this is probably not the right hotel for you, but we would use it again.- 27-Feb-2007 |
