 I stay in hotels nearly every week and this was a poor experience. If you drive you will have to park in a taxi rank to book in before you get a ticket to park underground, they must give you a ticket to leave and you must park and return it. Lift not working must use service lift. No internet access with a promise of repair by 6pm no such luck. Sat in resturant for 15 minutes alone before anyone came to me and then that was the reception man who then said most meals were unavailable but he could cook a steak and potatoes, He did his best!!. Walked 15 minutes in 4 directions looking for a resturant.There is one at the back of the hotel but does not look great but I could be wrong. Bad experience, first time I have complained like this and would not do it anonymous, hope the hotel takes note!!!!!- 24-Mar-2009 |
