 Comfortable, helpful and friendly- 24-Sep-2008 Fab u lous!!...we loved it - the hill that others talk of is not really anything to speak of - breakfast great, setting lovely front office staff are unhelpful and up them selves (but who cares, we didn't) and the restaurant staff are really nice (maybe they should swap them around) Room was great with wonderful balcony and birdsong.- 07-Jun-2008 Exceptionally outstanding service, including the fact that birthday cards were noticed in our room, sparkling white wine appeared before dinner, and a special dessert with (one!) candle alight, all 'on the house' was brought to our dinner table. The taxi ordered for our departure had not appeared within 2 minutes of the appointed hour, and an immediate phone call was made, on their initiative. The whole hotel is tastefully decorated in the continental style with a beautiful small garden. A very quiet location in a noisy city, but our room rather over-heated and beds rather hard.- 15-Jan-2008 |
