 When I booked, I was a little worried about the location, behind the railway station. I needn't have.
If coming in on the Ryanair flight from Stansted, it might be an idea to phone ahead. Reception closes at 23:30, and if the coach from the airport is running at all late, you may reach the hotel a few minutes after that.- 21-Sep-2008 I was visiting the hotel as aa first time English visitor to Tampere. Its location was excellent for the city centre, train station and airport bus. Compared to other hotels in the area it offerred good value. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and to have an excellent knowledge of English. The free internet access in the foyer was most useful for obtaining information while staying - as tourist information centres are closed at weekends. My only criticism would be the lack of options to recieve more TV channels eg sport and films- 15-May-2008 Good location on the main street of Tampere,very friendly, helpfully staff, gorgeous breakfast in hotel restaurant.We'll be back again to this Hotel.- 10-Mar-2008 |
