 Able to check in early, 11.30am instead of 2pm. 1st room, tv didn't work properly so we took up the offer of another room. 2nd room wasn't as nice & the tv much smaller. No view from window & wall next to room door had fallen apart, very dangerous for young kids. Door was a nightmare to open, a double lock, & staff had to open it for us twice! Construction work on the hotel woke us up at 8.22am both days. Not happy! No room service such as late night snacks. Location was awesome, 5 mins walk from everything. - 31-Aug-2008 The staff at the Hotel were very good i had to change my booking twice because of work but they fixed it stright away. Was very very happy with the help they gave me. Thank you very very much. Great place to stay, will stay there again.- 25-Aug-2008 Excellent and well maintained accommodation.
