A fairly basic Hotel, comfortable and clean, nice bathroom. Great location. Friendly Staff.- 15-Jul-2009 I have stayed at this hotel several times now and never have any problems. great location right in the heart of town. Will always stay here when in Melbourne.- 04-Jun-2009 While polite, the staff appeared not only bored but unhappy in their jobs. The hotel is very basic in it's room and do not typically look the same as the pictures on line. We had two choises of view, a TV with no DVD player or Foxtell, or a small window looking directly into a dirty lane and into the window of the room accross. The room is meekly attired but, is clean and very small with no furnishings. I suggested when better rooms are available that they should avail the customers on upgraded rooms. The budget rooms only value is being in the city centre.- 13-May-2009 |
