 Thought it was excellent value for money and in a superb location, so handy to the station. Staff very friendly, room clean. Kithcen facilities a bit spartan but adequate for a short stay. Would use the hotel again.- 13-Sep-2009 I was very pleased with the staff of the hotel, they were very kind to give me a new room when it turned out the hot water was not working, even though in the new room the window was stuck, they were just as kind to change to another room, which was very pleasant to stay after i fixed the air condition which probably was stuffed by another previous guest. The hotel staff is very very nice, they all speak good english which is highly appreciated and i would definitely stay there again, cause you can have problems anywhere but just few place can solve them as flexibly as they did.
