You can stroll in the lanes of the city centre, shop in the longest European pedestrian street or simply enjoy the interesting sights of the city. The splendid location of the property also offers an ideal opportunity to taste the exquisite wines of Bordeaux and the sights of the Gironde.
 We booked this hotel last minute as another booking fell through. The hotel is about a twenty minute (brisk) walk to the centre of the city and about 7 minutes to the Place de la Victoire . We were travelling with an 10 month old baby and were disapponted to find that the lift was out of order for the four days we were there particularly as we were staying on the third floor. The satff also told me that they did not know when it would be fixed. This meant taking her out of the pram and folding it each time we came and went. Breakfast was nice, plenty of bread and croissants, but the coffee was not great. The rooms were nice and modern with a nice flat-screen TV. - 25-Oct-2007 |
