 We stay at this hotel every year and have noticed that it needs a bit of a freshen up this year. Specifically things like lounge chairs and reception suites. Level six room was adequate but very noisey. The staff on at breakfast time were polite but seemed preoccupied and table service was limited or zero. - 09-Nov-2009 Would recomend the delux room
