 i really enjoyed my stay at your hotel and will definately be booking to stop there again very friendly , reasonably price and very clean , thanks and see you soon - 16-Aug-2007 The Vermont is a excellently located in the heart of Newcastle's vibrant city, moments walk from the quayside and near to many bars and restaurants. The hotel is grand, if the interior is a little dated. The service is warm, friendly and responsive. On the day I checked out there was no hot water, for which I got a 50% discount and an apology from the manager - I've forgiven for this and would stay there again.
