 We made a lot of demands on the staff and they always came through for us. Our lack of Chinese was overcome by the patience of the staff and their possessing some English skills. The only frustration was when the restaurant list in the hotel directory was out of date - may want to work on that one. Great stay and great bargain.- 10-Apr-2008 Only problem I had was that the bed was hard as a rock. The floor was softer than the bed. One other small problem was that the hotel would not let me borrow an iron to press my clothes in my room. It''s not a three star hotel if you can''t even get an iron! But, for the money not bad. Great location. I left one day early because Bangkok Airways cancelled my flight, but I guess there is no way to get reimbursed for the extra night that I did not stay in the hotel?- 07-Sep-2005 The rooms are old, and the town around the hotel is under construction; they work also during the nitght, and it can be difficult to sleep.- 07-Sep-2005 |
