 Executive Deluxe Room are better than Deluxe Room it is not done up properly as the ceiling of the toilet drop on the first day of staying and the hotel charged the damaged when we check out. I am unhappy as they wanted us to pay and they are lucky already we didn't claim medical for my friend injuries. - 28-Jan-2008 The hotel was fine - much better than in other reviews however we stayed in an executive room.
The staff were friendly and all was well organised. We'd stay there again. Position is convenient - close to sky train, small boat on klong. Only problem is that Sukhumvit 3 is one way therefore not easy to find if the taxi doesn't know the place. For those with not much luggage, when leaving walk up to Ploenchit Road to get a taxi to the airport otherwise you might have to sit in the traffic for 30 mins or more to drive around the block to get to the expressway.- 05-Sep-2007 Though the hotel was pretty clean, the passages and the rooms were quite small. The toilet was clean, but there was some foul smell which never got solved even though the exhaust fan was on all the time.
Do not use the phone in the hotel - it is much more expensive than dialling out even from an international roaming mobile phone.- 16-Jun-2007 |
