 The room was very clean and everything worked. However, our bathroom was a little dirty and it needed renovation. The food in this hotel is GREAT however. The breakfast is included and it is VERY good! Nice at the front desk as well.- 17-Jun-2009 The guys at the reception almost didn't speak English, as well as the lady from the travel agency. Just one lady at the reception spoke good English. This was actually a problem, espetially in such touristic place.
Safe deposit box was located at reception, not at the room. Internet was very-very slow!
This is an average 3 stars hotel, but for this price it was OK. I really enjoyed visiting Iguazu Falls!- 17-Apr-2008 The room was very small and when we arrived after a long trip, the hot water wasn't working so we couldn't have a shower until later. However, the tourist service there was excellent and I highly recommend the driver, Silmar, who will take you on personal tours to the falls, Paraguay, and wherever you want to go.
