 I have made this compaint under separate email but there remains a problem with key collection and access for arriving clients at these apartments as the reception is largely unmanned and any notices are displayed on the reception window which is separated from clients by a walkway and an electronic gate which arriving clients have no form of access to and cannot see any notices which are intended for their reading and information.
The counterpanes on the beds were unclean and smelly which was not pleasant. They clearly needed washing, as did the blankets.
A little dissapointing as I had prevuiously staned at these apartments and found them to be clean although there was a problem with the key not been available to arriving clients.- 01-Apr-2007 Extremely friendly and helpfull reception and staff.
