 Great location on Gran Via very cloe to a metro stop. Hotel lobby is very shabby and gives a poor impression. Room reasonable size but no tea/coffee and internet on 1st floor only. Bathroom not cleaned properly. There is no thermostat on the shower which means a constant risk of being scalded by the very hot water.- 14-Oct-2007 Nice hotel, excelent location, good price- 16-May-2007 The best thing about the hotel is its central location. If u have a car there's parking very near by with discount for hotel guests (19 euro per day). The hotel is clean. rooms are nice.
