 We were amazed to be reccomended to this hotel and wondered why. There was no service what so ever and inspite of the reception being a down a flight of stairs, there was no porter to help with the baggage. The rooms were small, hot and noisy. They refused to switch on the airconditioning even though temperature was 31 deg C. The reception staff were unhelpful at all times. The breakfasts were poor and staff surly. We were a part of an international delegation with the invite from Spanish Government. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.- 14-May-2009 |
