 the hotel locate is nice and the hotel is clean the staff extremly freindly and cooporative and nice but the room size is small and internit price is so high - 28-Jun-2008 I am assuming that the hotel had just opened after reservations whcih would explain the irritations we experienced but not the way they were dealt with.
Internet is not free in this hotel. Bought a voucher for 1 week for $70 sing. Connection in the room didn't work. They said the provider could fix in 2 days. At my suggestion we changed rooms where the internet worked.
Breakfast buffet was cold every day despite complaints.
Lift broke down for the last 3 days of our stay. We had to carry our own bags downstairs to check out. One bell boy on duty was overwhelmed.
Free ticket on the monrail ran out after 3 days - only found this out at the station.
Sentosa is great and the hotel could be if it was owned by someone who understood how a hotel was supposed to be run and what guests want.Right now they charge 5 star rates for 2 star service.- 17-Dec-2007 |
