It is hard to rave about the location, especially when the room is on a lower floor with a view into somebody's apartment. But this is a good clean and friendly hotel and if the price is right then I would stay there again.

Met our needs very well, would have no hesitaion staying there again. Very central to everything. Had trouble finding the entrance, the Gilmer Tce address is misleading. A local information folder would be useful e.g. local restuarants etc as Wellington is a bit tricky to get your head around. The fact that the lifts are being upgraded is just something you have to accept will be good when that is done.
