 the overall service etc was good. it would be better if the hotel was no smoking and if they had more tourist brochures, maps, things to do and especially info on how to get around eg taxi numbers, bus info etc.

overall enjoyable- 27-Feb-2008 The best experience in this hotel is the shuttle driver, Jimmy. He drives for free between the hotel and downtown Begawan, and gives you gladly some tips about the sights (which there aren`t lots of).
There is a supermarket and some restaurants nearby (ask jimmy!). The rooms are large and clean and with HBO. The breakfast could have been better, but all in all this is one of the best (and cheapest) choices in BSB. - 16-Apr-2007 The hotel was in a quiet area and a bit far from shopping centres, however there are free transportation to the city centre offered by the hotel.
