The fitness centre in Traders Hotel Penang houses a gymnasium, steam bath, sauna and two swimming pools.
 When I check-in to Traders Hotel, I was told that my booking was made for 2 Adult despite of my confirmation booking through your office clearly stated as TRIPLE. Breakfast and Club Facilities was only provided for 2 during my stay. Initialy they wanted to charge me for the extra bed. The staff also suggest that I should made booking with the Hotel direct in future.
