 Reception staff were very helpful, offered good advice and directions, made enquiries about availability of restaurants for us. It was much appreciated.
- 19-Jan-2006 I stayed one week in a single room. Arrival was very easy and the receptionist very helpful. The room was clean with a single bed, nice bathroom and a view overlooking the courtyard. If you are looking for quiet, the courtyard rooms should be quieter than the ones facing the street. The breakfast buffet included the usual eggs/bacon/sausages....selection of fruits, breads, cereals, cheeses and beverages. Quite a good selection. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the subway system, and then only a few stops to get to the center of Vienna.
