 Reception staff very nice and helpful, however restaurant staff were completely absent, literally no one to be seen for several minutes at a time each time we ate there. So very slow service in the restaurant and one of the waiters on the first night was very rude and abrupt with us. However the hotel room was spacious and well appointed. Pity that it had the hardest bed we had slept in in ages. Great location, handy to everything, you don't need a car or taxi to get around and and easy walk to the railway station.- 14-Oct-2009 This hotel is very well located and not far from the Tourist Information Centre and the Hop on Hop Off Bus stop. We found the staff at the hotel to be very helpful.- 08-Oct-2009 We were very pleased with the downtown location within walking distance to the train station. We could look out onto a main street that was accessible to great restaurants and tourist shops.
