 i have stayed at this hotel twice and on both occasions the heating was off when we got in our room, so the welcome is not that warm. i would gladly pay an extra pound for the heating of the room if thats what it costs, or maybe it is due to hositality. Next time i go to this beautiful hotel, i think i will phone on the morning to ensure the heating is on in our room prior to our arrival- 19-Dec-2006 Service was practically non-existent on this occasion and the hotel temperature was really really hot for some reason.
