 The bedroom was badly in need of gutting and re-decorating. The leak in the bathroom could have been from the cracked toilet pedestal or the shower, but there was a dead fish smell in there.The location on a cross roads and next to the 20+ railway tracks into the Gare de l'Est made for a noisy night.
Double glazed balcony doors helped to reduce the noise when shut but if you like fresh air at night then bring some ear plugs.Otherwise it was cheap and a five minute walk from the stations. Breakfast was OK.- 28-Nov-2006 The hotel is great if you are in transit from Gare du Nord or Gare d'este .car parking was away from the hotel in a vinci carpark 22 euro per day It is close to the Indian quarter of Paris .
local buses took you into Paris ,passed the L'Opera.breakfast was basic and not many nice places close by to eat .- 27-May-2006 |
