The hotel’s location is unbeatable! Just a quick stroll to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations and right across from beautiful Kensington Gardens. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring a variety of tasty options, including delicious pastries. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive, contributing to a warm atmosphere throughout my stay.

However, the room was disappointingly small, lacking a fridge and adequate storage space. The air conditioning struggled to keep up, and the elevators felt cramped. On top of that, I encountered some cleanliness issues. it could definitely use a deeper cleaning. For short stays, it’s manageable, but I hope they address these quirks for longer visits.

We had a relaxing stay with our kids, enjoying tasty breakfasts and a short stroll to the beautiful Kensington Palace and its gardens. The staff surprised us with a birthday cake for my son, making it a special start to our morning.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel could offer more family-friendly amenities.

Good location, opposite Kensington Gardens. Easy access to public transport, including the 94 bus route down to Pall Mall. The staff were well-mannered and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The staff made me feel very welcome during my stay. I walked from Paddington station, which took about 20 minutes through a safe neighborhood. The room was clean, and I enjoyed the room service. I ordered spaghetti and Beef Madras, which was great. The room had a view of the park across the street. This was a memorable experience for my first trip to the UK as a single traveler.

The location was fantastic. just a short walk to the nearest tube station with shops and restaurants nearby. Room service was excellent, and the breakfast featured the best bacon and sausage I've ever had!
