 The hotel is about 20 minutes on the (expensive) hopper bus to the airport, or a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop (and there is only one route from there that goes to the airport). The hotel is massive and quite souless, the bar was expensive and not particularly good.- 20-Jan-2008 Most rooms were on ground floor which meant that getting to your room was often difficult especially in the morning when all fire doors in between sections were closed leading to a struggle with luggage as the doors were very heavy and did not open easily. The hotel is on the Hoppa H4 bus route (4 pounds each) but bus comes at odd times and is very busy as it stops by several hotels. Staff were very friendly and multilingual. - 27-Jul-2007 The hotel is a good choice if you need a relatively cheap stopover at Heathrow. However, one annoying aspect of staying in this hotel is the number of private hire drivers touting for business in the hotel foyer and the way that they pester residents who are waiting for the hoppa bus or other taxis.
