 A truly sensational hotel which makes you feel like you're in the lap of luxury. However, room rate aside, everything at the hotel is ridiculously expensive eg: there is a room service surcharge of $8.00 just for delivery to your room. Never seen that before. In all other respects, the hotel is faultless and I would stay there again but eat out.- 03-Mar-2008 The hotel was fantastic and concierge was very helpful. However, would have preferred breakfast and parking as part of the package, even if we have to pay higher rate. - 09-Aug-2006 Pure excellence. If you're after 5 star everything then the Westin is just that. We stayed one night as a special occasion and we weren't disappointed. Great location, exceptional staff and the hotel was spotless. We loved the glass-windowed bathroom. I only wish the room rate wasn't so expensive as we would stay more often. The buffet breakfast at the Mosaic was high quality.
